Become a
funeral officiant.

Hi. I'm Beth, a nonreligious funeral celebrant serving Greater Boston.

For eight years I've helped people honor, celebrate and bury their loved ones. I also train new funeral celebrants in this deeply rewarding work.

Now I'm focusing my work on three important aspects of end-of-life planning and ceremonies.

Helping you navigate the current landscape of choices available for disposition (cremation, burial, water cremation, human composting, green burial, and more) and documenting your funeral ceremony wishes, such as poetry, readings, music, and ritual gestures

Sharing practical and cultural knowledge from my six-week course in funeral celebrancy for those of you in roles such as death doulas, grief counselors, nursing home employees, or if you're just plain curious.

Inviting you to explore the idea of becoming a funeral celebrant.  The funeral industry is expanding and changing rapidly, creating more opportunities for celebrants.
